Return Policy (for purchases from GOGRIPP.com):

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of purchase.
  • To initiate a return, follow these steps:
    1. Click pictures of the product, especially if there are defects or issues.
    2. Email the photos, along with a copy of the invoice and reason for return, to care@technolifeindia.com.
  • GRIPP will arrange a reverse pickup for the returned items. Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the returned items.

Exchange/Replacement Policy:

  • GRIPP offers a 7-day replacement policy.
  • If a piece is exchanged/replaced once, it cannot be exchanged/replaced again.
  • To initiate an exchange, email care@technolifeindia.com with the order number and attach an image of the purchased item.
  • GRIPP will arrange a reverse pickup for the returned item. Exchanges or refunds will be processed upon receipt of the returned items. 
  • GRIPP reserves the right to inspect the condition of the product before processing returns or exchanges.
  • If the requested exchange item is sold out or unavailable, GRIPP offers credit notes.
  • Credit notes are issued via email and are valid for one year from the date of issue. They must be redeemed in one go.
