Shipping Information:

GRIPP offers free nationwide shipping on all orders. For domestic orders, deliveries are typically scheduled to arrive within 7 business days. International orders may take approximately 2-3 weeks to arrive. Please note that due to the current COVID-19 crisis, there might be delays. Customers will receive an email with tracking information once the order has shipped. In case of absence during delivery attempts, customers are advised to provide accurate details to ensure successful delivery.

Multiple Shipping Addresses:

For shipping to multiple addresses, customers need to create separate orders for each address.

Warranty Information:

GRIPP provides a warranty on their products. Mobile Cases, Watch Straps, and Tablet cases come with a 3-month warranty, while Laptop Bags, Sleeves, Stands, and Mounts have a 6-month warranty. Warranty claims can be made by emailing proof of purchase and photos or videos of the issue to care@technolifeindia.com. Refunds are applicable only for orders placed directly on the GRIPP website.
